Orders and returns
Orders go through our retail partner. For a delivery, a refund or a bed that arrived damaged, use the order page where you checked out: that is where the order lives.
Your dog’s health
We can tell you how our beds are built and how big they are. If your dog is stiff, limping or in pain, your veterinarian is the one to ask.
