What we update
On a schedule, we refresh the price and the stock status of every EHEYCIGA bed, pad, set of stairs and scratcher on this site. A product that is out of stock leaves the pages for a while and comes back on its own once it is in stock again.
Each size and color of a bed is priced on its own, because each is its own item at checkout. That is why a bigger size, or a color in short supply, can cost more than its neighbor.
When figures disagree
Prices can change between our updates. When the price here and the price at checkout differ, the checkout price is the one you pay.
Ratings
The star rating and the number of ratings on a product come from shoppers at our retail partner, as of our last update. All the sizes and colors of one bed share one pool of ratings, so we print that pool once per bed and count it once in any total.
Sizes and photos
Sizes are the outside measurements of the bed or the stairs as we publish them for each product. Photos are chosen color by color: when you pick a color on a product page, you see the photos of that color.
Every price, size and rating on our product pages is held to the EHEYCIGA approach set out here: one catalog update, one date, and checkout has the final word.
